What Therapy Can Offer

Therapy is not about quick fixes or becoming someone different.
It is a space to gently understand yourself more fully.

Many of the struggles that bring women to therapy — anxiety, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, emotional exhaustion — are not random. They are often rooted in earlier relational experiences and the ways your nervous system learned to cope and survive.

My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and somatic.
Together, we explore patterns that feel repetitive or confusing, while also working with the body to support regulation and safety. We move at a pace that feels manageable.

This is not about forcing change.
It is about building steadiness.

Over time, therapy can help you respond rather than react, understand rather than judge yourself, and feel more grounded in who you are.

Healing here does not mean erasing the past.
It means developing the capacity to hold it differently — with more awareness, choice, and self-trust.
